My biggest issue was I went in for my appointment over half an hour late n as it was my lunch time I didn't hav time to look at any glasses but it can't b helped and all the staff were very nice about everything it was just clearly a busy day

The staff I came into contact with in Ely - Peter and Natalie - gave excellent customer service. I found them friendly and helpful and they listened . I was extremely satisfied with the service I received from both of them. Everything was very clear and the new glasses arrived earlier than I expected. Thank you both

My husband and I had appointments back to back, the staff dealt with us both very well. There was no problems. It wa a very busy day when we had our appointments but we seen to quickly.
